Our off season training the last month has really been great! The High School group has really grown and already show signs of getting quicker and stronger. Our recent spring clinic on May 14th went really well. We had some new kids come in and work hard. There was a mixture of speed and agility work along with skill work. We look forward to having them in for workouts. This one’s hard but Merideth Marsh will be moving to Nashville very soon. Merideth has been there from the very beginning and the most loyal person I know. We’ve done 2 clinics in Chicago, one in Cleveland, Indianapolis, among many others. She has really improved all of our girls this past year. This isn’t a success without her. Nothing but the best as she pursues her coaching career.
